Terms of Service
The terms that will govern use of AgentBlackBox.

1. Agreement
These Terms will govern access to and use of the AgentBlackBox service. By using the service once these Terms are finalized and effective, the customer agrees to them. Until then, this is a non-binding draft.
2. The service
AgentBlackBox is a governance and accountability control plane for AI agents — providing approvals, policies, audit evidence, identity lifecycle, and related capabilities. Features that are optional or require configuration are identified as such in the product and documentation.
3. Accounts & access
- Customers are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under their accounts.
- Administrators are responsible for the roles and access they grant within their organization.
- Customers must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use or suspected compromise.
4. Acceptable use
Customers agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to breach tenant isolation, circumvent access controls, disrupt the service, or use it unlawfully.
5. Customer data
Customers retain ownership of the data they record. We process it to provide the service in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Destructive operations (such as data erasure, retention changes, and legal hold) are performed only on explicit administrator authorization.
6. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we make no certification, regulatory-approval, or compliance guarantee that has not been independently verified and published.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability arising from use of the service will be limited as set out in the finalized Terms. (This section is a placeholder pending legal review.)
8. Term & termination
Either party may terminate as described in the finalized Terms or an applicable order/pilot agreement. On termination, data handling follows the Privacy Policy and any agreed offboarding plan.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated before they take effect.
