What to include in a request
To help us resolve issues quickly, please include:
- Your organization name and the email/role of the person reporting.
- What you were trying to do, and the page or API involved.
- What you expected to happen versus what actually happened.
- Approximate time (with timezone) the issue occurred, and how often it reproduces.
- Any on-screen error message, request reference, or screenshot.
Never include passwords, API keys, bearer tokens, or other secrets in a support message. If a secret may have been exposed, treat it as a security incident (below) and rotate it.
Report a security incident
For suspected vulnerabilities, account compromise, or data exposure, contact SAMTOSAINC@GMAIL.COM with a clear description, the impact you observed, and reproduction steps. Please allow a reasonable period for remediation before any public disclosure, and avoid accessing data that is not yours while investigating. See the Security page for details.
